Tocca il LochTag con il tuo telefono

Avvicina il telefono all'etichetta. Su iPhone, tocca la parte superiore del telefono sull'etichetta — potresti vedere una piccola notifica. Su Android, basta tenere l'etichetta vicino al retro del telefono. Apparirà un link — toccalo.

💡 Phone not picking it up? Make sure NFC is enabled in your phone's settings (Android: Settings → Connections → NFC. iPhone: NFC works automatically on iPhone XS and newer; older iPhones may need to open Control Center → tap the NFC reader icon). Almost any phone made in the last 5 years has NFC built in.

Dicci su cosa è applicata l’etichetta

Aggiungi una breve descrizione — "Chiave Honda Civic", "Borsa", "Macchina fotografica" — così chi trova l'oggetto sa cosa sta restituendo. Puoi modificarlo in qualsiasi momento dal tuo portale.

Attaccala ed è fatta

Attacca l'etichetta a ciò che vuoi proteggere. Da ora in poi, chiunque la scansioni vedrà una pagina di "trovato" che gli permette di inviarti un messaggio all'istante — senza mai vedere i tuoi veri contatti.

My phone doesn't read the tag — what now?
Make sure NFC is on (iPhone 7+ has it on by default; on Android, check Settings → Connections → NFC). Hold the phone steady about an inch above the tag for two seconds.
Will the finder see my real phone number or email?
No. Finders see a contact form. When they submit it, we send the message to you. Your number and address stay completely private until you choose to reply.
Can I activate more than one tag with the same account?
Absolutely. Sign in to your portal and add as many tags as you have. Pro accounts can rename, regroup, and reassign them any time.
What if my LochTag was already activated by someone else?
If you bought it new and it shows as activated, contact us — we'll verify and reset it within one business day.
Is there a subscription fee?
Free plan covers basic email alerts and the finder page. Pro is $14.99/year and adds SMS alerts, priority recovery support, and a $14.99 Recovery Credit.
