We ship across Canada and the United States from our home base in Leduc, Alberta. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
If a tag isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (we don’t cover return postage). Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Every LochTags tag is covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If a tag fails due to a defect within that year, we’ll replace it. The optional Pro plan also includes a free yearly replacement tag so your protection never lapses.
